Nazaré, September 30, 2015
The beach at Praia Do Norte finally came to life today and gave competitors at the Nazaré Pro a small taste of what it has to offer.
The Men opened up proceedings and some great young Portuguese talent was uncovered, but non-more then Ricardo Rosmaninho.
Ricardo fired off some massive moves and his high-risk brand of riding had the established pro’s looking over their shoulder.
Other standouts included Martin Mouradian from Guadeloupe & Tristan Roberts from Sth Africa who both showed complete disregard for their personal safety as they flipped directly onto the sandbank as the tide filled during the afternoon.
As for the women, all three title contenders (Sari Ohhara, Isabella Sousa & Alex Rinder) all progressed into the quarter finals and kept their dream of winning an APB World Women’s Tour alive.
Tomorrow will kick off with the Women’s ¼ finals and by the end of the day someone will be crowned the 2015 APB World Women’s Champion.
Make sure you don’t miss a minute of the action starting at 7.30am local time
